In all cases, BRD reserves the right to advise customers if there are any unusual risks (such as the inability to size a piece or the special requirements of a stone) due to the nature of pieces or parts supplied by customers, the type of design requested, or other requests which may make a piece of jewelry less stable or durable. If, upon such advisement, the customer chooses to proceed with the piece without making the recommended modifications, BRD does not assume any risk.
